(3-5 days)



  • Rush jobs have a TAT of 3-5 days.
  • Full PBNS services are available for jobs with a Rush TAT.
  • Please take into account the USPS Priority Shipping and Delivery timeframe to receive your package/bound transcripts in hand.
  • If transcripts are needed in hand by the third day, then only a transcript returned via a secured FTP would be available with the exception of local pick-ups/deliveries.


Rush Rates:

Add $0.20 to the standard price for Rush TAT

  • Clean Verbatim: $0.40 per audio minute
  • Light Verbatim: $0.50 per audio minute
  • Strict Verbatim: $0.60 per audio minute

Priority
(1-2 days)



  • Priority jobs have a TAT of 1-2 days.
  • FULL PBNS services are not available for jobs with a Priority TAT
  • Jobs with a Priority TAT mainly applies to transcripts that are returned via a secured FTP with the exception of local ​pick-ups/deliveries.


Priority Rates:

Add $0.30 to the standard price for Priority TAT

first-time customers



​All first-time customers will receive their first PBNS service for free, which includes all printing & binding and return carrier services.



one flat fee



  • RYA will always provide up to 10 binders for one flat fee of $15 per transcription job for PBNS no matter the length of the transcription job.
  • An additional fee of $1.00 for every two (2) binders that exceed the quantity of 10 will get charged.
  • If 11 binders are ordered, then customer receives the 11th binder free of charge.
  • RYA will never charge customers more than $15 for PBNS up to 10 binders despite the amount of supplies used for printing and binding.
  • RYA will cover all costs of any USPS return services that may exceed the flat $15 fee.
  • Customers will never get charged any extra fees for any carrier shipping options.

The $15 fee includes compensation for the printing and binding supplies (ink, paper, and binders) as well as for all USPS return service options placed on each return package.



Local pick up/delivery



  • For local customers who only order Printing 'n' Binding (PNB) who will either pick up their binder(s) or have them hand delivered by RYA will receive the PNB service for less than half the cost of PBNS consisting of a flat fee of $7.00 for up to 10 binders.
  • Each subsequent binder exceeding the quantity of 10 will incur an additional fee of $0.75 for every two (2) binders (11th binder received free of charge).
  • Hand deliveries made by RYA are limited to a 20-mile radius at no additional cost.
  • Hand deliveries made by RYA with a mile radius greater than 20 miles will incur a fee of $0.50 per mile.
  • Any extra mileage will be calculated, agreed upon between the customer and RYA, and included on final invoice prior to PNB delivery.
  • Customers also have the option to pick up binders directly from Read Your Audio, LLC free of charge.
  • Payments will be accepted either in advance via remote payment or upon RYA delivery or customer pick up.


small jobs



  • Small jobs consisting of 10 minutes or less will receive a discounted price of $10 up to 10 binders.
  • Each subsequent binder that exceeds the quantity of 10 will incur a fee of $0.50 for every two (2) binders (11th binder is provided free of charge).
  • Extra small jobs of 5 minutes or less will receive PBNS services free of charge up to 10 binders.
  • Each subsequent binder that exceeds the quantity of 10 will incur a fee of $0.25 for every three (3) binders (11th and 12th binder provided free of charge).
